How it works
Any token can launch here. What makes it a 925 coin is where its trading fees go: back to the holders who show up for it, every day at 17:00 UTC.
Where the money comes from
Every trade of a coin pays a fee. For a coin launched on 925, the whole of the creator's part of that fee goes to the pad's vault, and the launch transaction itself locks it that way: nobody, the dev included, can point it anywhere else afterwards.
On pump.fun the coin trades on pump's bonding curve and later on PumpSwap. pump.fun sets the fee itself.
On Meteora the dev picks the tax on every trade at launch (1%, 2%, 3%, 5%) and it never changes. Meteora keeps a fifth of it and the rest is the coin's.
The pad claims those fees a couple of times an hour and books them to the coin they came from.
The split
The standard split is 60% to the holders' payroll, 25% to the dev and 15% to the pad. A dev can choose to take less (0%, 10%, 25%), and whatever the dev gives up goes to the holders. The choice is made at launch, shown on the coin's page, and never changes.
The dev is paid on a payday only if the dev was active in the 7 days before it: posting an update or hosting a call that 5 holders confirm. On a payday without that, the dev's share goes into the holders' pool.
Joining a payroll
Each coin has a minimum bag, set by its dev at launch in dollars: from $0, which lets any holder in, to $100. Hold at least that much of the coin for 24 hours and you can join its payroll. The pad reads who holds what from the chain once an hour, so a fresh buy shows up at the next check, and dipping below the minimum starts the 24 hours again.
The pad works out what the dollars are in tokens from the coin's price, counted at its latest price or its average over the last day, whichever is higher. So the bar is the same at a $50K market cap as at $5M. Once you are on the payroll you are never asked for more tokens than when you joined: if the price falls, the bag you joined with still counts.
How to earn points
Post on X. Post about the coin on X with its $TICKER in the post, and hand in the link on the coin's page within 24 hours. The pad reads the post from X to check it is public, new and names the coin. Other holders vote on it: a vote weighs the square root of the voter's bag, with a cap, so ten small holders outweigh one whale. A post scores once 3 holders voted, and your best 3 posts of the day count.
Raid. Anyone on the payroll can call a raid: a post on X for holders to reply under. A reply directly under that post, naming the coin, is worth 300 points, and your best 5 of the day count. A raid's replies count once 2 other holders have backed it, or the dev has.
One X account posts for one wallet.
Make a meme. Upload a meme on the coin's page. Holders vote on it the same way as a post on X, and it counts toward the same best 3 of the day.
Keeping it about the coin. Points are for work on the coin, and the holders decide what that is. A post or a meme earns nothing until 3 holders vote for it. Any holder who can vote can instead report one as not about the coin: once 3 have, and their reports outweigh its votes, it comes down and earns nothing, unless votes outweigh the reports again before payday. A raid nobody else backs pays nobody, so calling one on a random post gets its caller nothing. The dev can remove any post or meme and call off any raid on the dev's own coin. Votes and reports from wallets funded from the same place as the author, or as each other, count once or not at all.
None of this waits on the dev: a coin whose dev has gone quiet still pays the holders who post, raid and make memes, and the dev's unearned share goes to them too.
Payday
Every day at 17:00 UTC. Your share of the day's pool is your points times the square root of your average bag over that day, divided by the same sum for everyone who earned points. What is posted after a payday counts toward the next one, and voting on a post closes at its payday.
It is paid in SOL, straight to your wallet, if you still hold the bag at that moment. One wallet takes at most 20% of a day's pool; what is left over stays in the pool for the next payday. Amounts under 0.002 SOL wait until they add up.
Every payment comes with a public payslip: what you did, your points, your share, the amount and the transaction.
Ranks
Your rank on a coin comes from all the points you have ever earned on it: Intern from 0, Associate from 5,000, Manager from 25,000, Director from 100,000, CEO from 400,000. Each coin also names a holder of the month.
Being dropped
Go 14 days without earning a point and you are off the payroll, and listed on the dropped page for a week. You keep your coins and anything already paid. Join again to come back.
Playing fair
Splitting a bag across wallets earns nothing: wallets funded from the same source are paid as one wallet, and their votes for each other do not count. A referral of a wallet you funded yourself is thrown out.
Who holds the keys
The website cannot move money. Payments are signed by a separate service that holds the vault's key and enforces its own limits on every transaction and every hour, whatever it is asked. The books are double-entry and append-only, and are checked against the vault on chain every hour.
Last check: the books and the vault agree. The vault holds 2.079 SOL, of which 2.059 SOL belongs to the coins' payrolls. Vault 2iqHFrWJRUJeQTSPuS2PzyGP883jpKXEBfjy3RxFC3YC.
